Bookings should be guaranteed with a valid credit card (numbers, date and cryptogram), or with the payment in advance of all the charges.

NO SHOW

In case of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

RELOCATION

In the event of a force majeure event, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate all or some guests in a nearby hotel/chalet of an equivalent category and services, with the related transfer costs borne by the establishment, which cannot be held liable for any further compensation.
